1. NEW LOGO - 01/22/2026
We're excited about the new year and our new refreshed logo for 2026. Beginning 01/26/2026, you'll start to see our new refreshed logo online, on correspondence, our website, uniforms and other merchandise. Thank you for your continued commitment in Marxpoint.

2. TEXT AND EMAIL ALERTS - 01/15/2026
Beginning 02/01/2026, Marxpoint will send verification of payments received, new invoicing, and late payment notice alerts by text or email to all active account members. This is to inform members of payments received by mail, in person or through third party payment apps such as Cashapp. Members will also be alerted of payments through the respective app used, if the option is available through the app. New billing invoicing and late payment notices will be sent by text to the current phone or email available on the members account. Members have the option to opt out of text and email verification alerts by simply replying "STOP ALERTS" to the last text or email received from Marxpoint.

3. PAYMENTS - 01/15/2026
Beginning 02/01/2026, members will have the option of paying their bill, loan payment, and rent through their myMARX account. Please note there is a transaction fee to use this option. This fee is charged by the processing service provider and not by Marxpoint. The fee amount charged is determined by the amount of the payment being sent. To learn more about this option, please contact Customer Support during normal business hours or email marxhelp@gmail.com for assistance. You can continue to make payments through our third party payment app accounts Cashapp, Chime and Venmo. We also accept payments through Zelle which you can find in your banking institution mobile app or online site. Sadly, Marxpoint will no longer accept payments by PayPal as of 02/01/2026. You can also still make payments by Cash, Personal Check, Money Order and Cashiers Check.

4. LATE FEES - 01/15/2026
Beginning 03/01/2026 the current late fee rate for rental payments APV South, LLC, Belumar, LLC, Bourn Living Trust, and AMBERnASSOC, LLC, will increase from the current rate of $50.00 to $75.00. 
Beginning 03/01/2026 the current late fee rate for loan payments will increase from $50.00 to $75.00.
Beginning 04/01/2026 the current late fee rate for service accounts provided by Marxpoint will increase from $10.00 to $15.00.
All SPMM, LLC tenants late fee rate will remain at the current rate.

5. PROPERTY INSPECTIONS - 01/15/2026
Beginning 02/01/2026 in accordance to the terms and conditions of your lease agreement, property inspections will be conducted twice a year. Once during the first quarter of the year and once during the last quarter of the year. Tenants will be notified (15) fifteen days in advance of expected inspection date.

6. STATEMENTS AND CORRESPONDENCE - 01/15/2026
Beginning 02/01/2026, Tenants will receive a quarterly statement of their account status and other correspondence, such as account notices, service notices, payment extension request, etc. These statements and other correspondence will be located in the members myMARX account. Statement and correspondences can also be emailed or mailed to member ONLY if requested.

7. OPERATIONS SCHEDULE - 01/15/2026
Beginning 02/01/2026, Marxpoint will reduce our operation hours due to economic demand and staffing. Our Call Center hours will be available from 10am-4pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 10am-12noon CST. Operations are closed Saturday, Sunday and all holidays.

1. EMAIL VERIFICATION UPDATE - 01/22/2024
          Marxpoint will start reviewing submission email sent through your website email account. These emails will be checked 3 days out of the week; Monday,  Wednesday, and Friday. A verification MarxAlert will be sent to the phone number we have on file. Please make sure we have your current phone number. You can update your information from your myMARX Account. An email submission should automatically be sent to the email address we have on file. 

2. QUARTERLY REPORTS - 01/22/2024
          Marxpoint will start sending quarterly account transactions reports to all active account members. These reports are being sent to compare with your payment, credit or rewards records. If you find any discrepancy, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

3. ONLINE SUBMISSION UPDATES - 01/22/2024
          You can now submit updates to your website online by visiting Marxpoint upload page portal. This page will allow you to send schedules, documents, videos and more. You can still submit updates on your own by logging into your host account with your login credentials or by contacting your Marxpoint representative.
